All new users will receive 5 support hours during the first 30 days at no cost. In addition, GEMS is pleased to offer 3 levels of product support:

Gold Level Support

Our Gold Level Support Plan offers savings over hourly fees and placement on our priority list for updates. Participants in our Gold Level Support Plan also receive a 25% discount on new versions and updates of our products. The monthly rate of $100.00 includes 5 hours of support per month with additional hours billed at $80.00 per hour. For additional savings, sign up for the 12-Month Package - a full year of Gold Level Support for just $1000.00

Silver Level Support

Our Silver Level Support Plan offers participants a 10% discount on new versions and updates of our products. The monthly rate of $50.00 per month includes 2 hours of support per month, with additional hours billed at $80.00 per hour. For additional savings, sign up for the 12-month package of Silver Level Support Plan for just $500.00

Standard Support/Customization

Standard Support or Product Customization Services are billed at $80.00 per hour.
